TILE ROOFING
We offer many different styles and brands of tile roofing. Traditional concrete tile roofing is more common than the ceramic tile and also a little more affordable. Tile roofing is great option for your home and comes with a class A fire rating. We install our tile roofs in the
highest building code possible to ensure longevity of the roofing system. The tile roof also comes with hytemp peel and stick which comes customarily with a felt back on top of the underlayment.
METAL ROOFS – 24/26/29 gauge/ aluminun hidden fastener metal roofing
We provide leading and top materials for metal roofing up to Miami dade code standards to ensure longevity of your new metal roof. When we install a new metal roof we start off by ripping the old roof off completely and install hytemp peel and stick below for a barrier between the decking and the roofing system. This is essential due to metal expanding and contrasting throughout the life of the roofing system. These panels come with an 1 inch rib and striations in the panels to reduce algae build and corrosion free of charge from our manufacturer. Th panels come in many colors and are pre cut for your home and can come in many thickness and material types such as aluminum or steel. These roofs are also solar panel friendly and does not void warranty.
Worthouse roofing
Worthouse roofing is the top of the line roofing product coming in with a 50 year limited warranty. They are made to mimic tile roofing but provide less maintenance and a much stronger system. These panels are stone coated steel and are the strongest wind rating and hail impact rating in the roofing market. We have completed many of these roofs on homes going away from traditional tile roofing and people love their electricity bills and the look of the home when completed. Worthouse comes in many colors and is more afforbale then you may think when it is compared to tile roofing.
TPO ROOFING
We provide tpo commercial roofing repairs and new installs. Tpo roofing is one of the most popular commercial roofing materials on the market. We can either install full adhered or mechanically adhered tpo systems and both are perfect for certain applications which we determine after inspection. Under the tpo we install isolation board to ensure the roofing system has the perfect deck to sit on top of without penetrations. We also do reapirs on tpo roofing if applicable.
Asphalt shingle roofs
We install new shingle roofs with the utmost workmanship, with peel and stick underlayment to provide swr for homeowners. Shingle roofing is most common and affordable and most homes have them and they come in many colors and brands. We install all brands and take requests if a homeowner has a certain look they are achieving with their home. The shingles we install daily are Certainteed Landmark Ar which have copper mixed in the granulars to provide less algae build up and also have certa seal to make sure they all are water tight after installation.
Modified bitumen roofing and flat roofing
When a home has a flat roof on a porch or maybe even on the top of the roof we use a roll roofing material self adhering that goes over the flat to act as a shingle due to low pitch. If the pitch is to low for us to install this material we will add isolation board to provide a positive pitch for the water to drain off and not pool up. This is important because its very common for these roofs to pool and cause them to loose their full potential of the life of the flat roof itself. We use a self adhering base and cap so no more torch down which burns the material to the decking. We also provide coatings for these kinds of roofs If applicable after roof inspection.
